4th of July

Over the 4th of July weekend, we had a housewarming BBQ. It was a nice way to put the pressure on to get the boxes unpacked and a little bit of styling going on...

Of course, we made way too much food, but it made for great leftovers!  Tommy barbecued chicken and burgers, and we had potato salad, macaroni and cheese, watermelon, and corn on the cob for sides.  For desert, I made an apple berry pie, lemon bars, and funfetti cupcakes.  We mixed up some lemonade and sweet tea, and our awesome friend JC brought over some moonshine!  Deliciousness.  I made some cute printables using a cute bunting graphic from Erin Bradley Designs.

We had a beer pong table (because moving to Stockton has prompted us to believe we are still in college) and bocce ball (because we're old) set up, but it was too hot out to play outside, so we played a game called Pick the Paint Color.

Of course, it wouldn't be the 4th of July without a surprise box of awesome crap from my dad!  OTC pulled through once again.

Thanks to everyone who came, we had a blast!
